Information provided in the contact form will only be used to make direct contact with you to discuss and arrange access to the service.

Should you arrange an appointment, your name, email address and telephone number will be entered into my personal diary and secured under lock and key. (a secure account at 10to8.com, an electronic booking system used to manage appointments).  This information will be deleted once your case is closed and your case notes will be deleted two years after your case is closed.

I will never pass your name, telephone number or email address to others without your explicit request or consent.
